Charlie Winn (guest player)
Charlie Winn is a frequent guest of the Queen City Quartet. He is a graduate of Austin Peay State University and has a degree in Music Education. He is a former band director and played in numerous bands in Virginia and North Carolina in the 70s and 80s. He was also the principal Tubist for the Roanoke Virginia Symphony in the late 1960s.
Charles is now retired and just enjoys playing music.
